# Welcome to the Program!

## What happens now?

Your first appointments will begin soon. You will have plenty of time to go through the course and get up to speed. It does not take long. 

### Your Real Time Chat Group

There is a real time chat group for everyone on the program. Download the Voxer app on your phone or on your computer.

### Your Weekly Coaching Call

Every Wednesday at 1pm EST there is a coaching call.

Link is the same every week.

We recommend you attend at least a few times until you're familiar with the program as well as if you run into any trouble.

### Setting Up Your Calendar

Soon you will receive an email with the subject line: "Support Team has invited you to simplify scheduling" 

Your Customer Success Manager will walk you through the setup on your onboarding call.
